The famous Nigerian Tomato Stew is a staple in the
country. It is eaten in almost every corner of the Nigeria and
also many other parts of West Africa most commonly with rice.
This dish can be seen from the streets to fine dine tables.
1 tbsp of oil to a pot over medium heat (optional: add chopped onions).
Step 2: Add Eezy Kitchen
70g Eezy Kitchen® Nigerian Stew Ready Mix (I sachet). This will serve 1 person.
Step 3: Add Fresh Tomato & Water
70g of Fresh Tomato and 70ml of water, mix and bring to boil. Cook until the stew has a light wooden spoon coating consistency.
Step 4: Add Meat or Seafood
50g of cooked meat or seafood as per choice, mix well and let it simmer for 5mins.
(optional: you can also add veggies if you prefer)
Cook everything for 20 mins or until the stew is fully ready. - this is your Nigerian Stew Serve hot. Chop Kia Kia!
