- Step I: Add Oil
4 tbsps of oil to a pot over medium heat (optional: add chopped onions).
- Step 2: Add Eezy Kitchen
70g Eezy Kitchen® Jollof Rice Ready Mix (I sachet). This will serve 4 people.
- Step 3: Add Water
4,5 cups (1050 mL) of water for uncooked rice or just a sprinkle of water if the rice is already cooked. Cover with lid and bring to boil.
- Step 4: Add Rice
350g of dry long grain uncooked rice or 1.05kgs of steamed rice. (optional: mix in your favourite vegies) Cook everything for 20 mins or until the rice is fully cooked. - this is your Jollof Rice. Serve hot. Chop Kia Kia!
